Edmonton Country Club Wedding
Getting Ready
Jaclyn and Jerrid got ready at their church. They were both tucked away in rooms with their bridal party and putting the last few touches before getting married. They each exchanged gifts and I love getting to photograph these moments. So Sweet! We photographed Jaclyns mom’s first look at her daughter in her wedding dress. After the bridesmaids were in their dresses, we did another first look with the girls. Everyone was speechless to see Jaclyn and I am so glad we were able to capture this moment. It wasn’t any surprise that they were speechless because she was glowing with happiness and of course stunning!
Ceremony
These two tied the knot with their closest family and friends watching. After the ceremony, we headed off to Whitemud Park to do some bridal party photos. The bridal party was so much fun to take photos of and they spent the afternoon laughing with the new Mr. and Mrs. Jaclyn and Jerrid are so sweet together and beyond easy to take photos of! They are stunning and I don’t know how many times the videographer and I told them they should have been models. There are some couples that just know how to pose and Jaclyn and Jerrid are one of them for sure!
Reception
I was pretty excited to head back to the Edmonton Country Club for Jaclyn and Jerrid’s Reception! The venue offers some stunning views of the river valley and downtown. Their reception was stunning with a flower wall backdrop for photos and long tables for dinner. I absolutely love the look of long tables at receptions and everyone can sit together too. We had a little bit of time before the grand entrance, so we did a few more photos of the bridal party before heading inside the reception. There are limited spots at the country club to do photos but there is always so nice spots with the sun coming through the trees for photos.
So after dinner, we snuck back outside to do a few more photos of just Jaclyn and Jerrid before the sunset for the night. Sunset photos are always great because it gives the couple one last moment together before dancing the night away. Jaclyn and Jerrid had their first dance outside on the patio. These two cuddled up together and danced for the first time as husband and wife. So cute! Then they got the party started and danced the night away with their family and friends.
I have no way of truly thanking you two for choosing me to capture the moments of your day! I hope you two had an amazing honeymoon together!
