Christine and Chris were getting married in Brule, which is where Chris was from and of course, it’s also a gorgeous town in Alberta too. If you haven’t heard of Brule before, then it’s about an hour away from Jasper. Janine was my second shooter and we drove up this beautiful Brule Alberta Wedding together. Chris and Christine are the cutest together. I had met Christine for coffee a few times and was excited to meet Chris at the wedding. She had told me all about him and you could tell how in love she was by the way she talked about him. I absolutely love that her nickname for him is Cowboy too!

Getting Ready

Chris got ready at one of the groomsmen’s houses and they had a BBQ together before getting dressed. Christine was down the road getting ready with the girls at a BNB. Christine had the biggest smile on her face when I first saw her. She was beaming with joy that she got to marry Chris that day.

Ceremony

Christine and Chris were tying the knot at Juniper Ridge in Brule. It overlooks the mountains, which it was a bit smoky on their wedding but you could still seem them in the distance. Christine walked down the aisle with her dad and Chris looked so happy once he spotted his bride. Once they were together and getting married, they would not take their eyes off of one another. Not even for a second. It was beyond adorable and you can just see how in love these two really are. There haven’t been many weddings I have been to, where the couple does not look away from one another at all. Their friends and family came together and watched as they two got married. I don’t think you could give them a better start for their marriage.

The Reception

One of the most important things to Chris and Christine were their friends and family that came to their wedding. They wanted to do photos with every guest to start off their reception. Which also gave them time to interact and chat with their guests right at the beginning of their reception. From speeches to first dances, their day was filled with laughter and tears. I always love hearing the closest people to the couple speak during the speeches. I always find out more about who the couple is from the closest people in their lives and its one of my favorite things.

Chris ended up singing a song to Christine during the reception and it was a bit of a surprise for everyone. He had sung to her on one of their first dates too! He’s an amazing singer! These two danced the night away with all their guests and it was such a blast being apart of their day! It was such an honor to be a part of your amazing day and wish you both all the happiness in the future too!
