Melissa and Andrew decided to do a Hastings Lake Gardens Engagement from one of my recommendations on places. I adore Hastings Lake Gardens  because it is very different then other locations in Edmonton. It’s a 30 minute drive outside of Edmonton but worth the drive to this spot. It’s usually very busy in the Summer but I liked getting to see it in the Winter, where it was just us. I got to met Melissa and Andrew’s adorable pup Ryder. Who was just as excited to meet me as well. Melissa and Andrew had decided to first get Ryder because Andrew works out of town right now. We started off at the castle part and included Ryder in these photos. He was so good and would look right at me for photos…for the most part 🙂

I had so much fun wondering around the gardens with these two. They kept each other close and wrapped their arms around one another to keep warm on this snowy day. They both had huge smiles while looking at one another during photos. They are so in love and it shows in these photos. I can’t wait to photograph their wedding this coming September!
