I had a great afternoon with Charla and Armand at William Hawrelak Park. It was absolutely beautiful out and one of the warmest days in February. I loved how the sun was glowing all around them throughout our session. They had drove down from their farm to meet me for their engagement photos and are getting married this summer on their farm. I seriously can not wait to capture their special day! These two just radiate love and I loved the way they smiled at one another during the whole session. One of my favourite things during engagement sessions is just getting to know my clients more before their wedding day. We get to chat and learn more about one another, as we explore locations and just have fun during the process. Charla and Armand were so great to talk to and they were just so easy to take photos of. They would cuddle up with one another and smile and laugh at each other. They made my job just so easy for me because they are so great together.
It was so fun to capture their engagement photos in Hawrelak Park and I can’t wait to be apart of their special day this summer! Below are a few of my favourite photos from their engagement session!
I decided to try a new technique during Charla and Armand’s engagement session. I used a prism to reflect the trees into their photo. It didn’t turn out exactly how I had planned but I am going to just keep trying until I master it. Below is the photo from the technique I used.
How beautiful is Charla’s engagement ring? I absolutely love it with the pine trees!
