As an Edmonton Newborn Photographer I get to meet so many adorable newborns. Each session is very different from the next session. I had so much fun reviewing every newborn session and picking out my favourites. I’ve shot newborns from 4 days old until 8 weeks. Although once their at 8 weeks they are probably considered a baby instead of a newborn but Messi looked like a newborn still then. It was crazy to see the different babies at the same age could be so different from one another. I loved doing the different sibling shots this year too. Most of the older siblings were so excited to have a baby sister/brother. They wanted to help and they had to watch over me as I has taking their siblings photo. Adorable to see them so over protective already!

This year I bought a lot more newborn props as well. I had a local photographer decide to stop doing newborn photography anymore and sold off so many adorable hats, wraps, baskets, blankets, etc. I definitely scooped up a bunch of it before others did. I can’t wait to incorporate these new pieces into my newborn sessions this year. I’m looking forward to meeting all the babies in 2016 and creating amazing images for their family.
