Silvertip Resort Wedding Canmore
Corie and Jamie’s gorgeous Silvertip Resort Wedding was beyond words. Meeting up with Jamie and Corie during the getting ready, was the first time I got to meet them. You can always tell a lot about a couple by the people they choose to be a part of their special day. These two choose an incredible bridal party to be by their side the entire day. As the groomsmen and Jamie got ready for the day, everyone kept each other laughing and just enjoying the morning before heading to the ceremony. Corie was also surrounded by some amazing girls while she got ready. They not only helped her get ready but helped her get the kids dressed as well. Corie and Jamie have 4 beautiful kids and they were so excited to head off to the ceremony.
The Ceremony
These two choose to tie the knot at the Gazebo at the Silvertip Resort in Canmore. This location is stunning and it overlooks the mountains. There was a bit of smoke still in August but the view still stood out during their entire ceremony. The ceremony was filled with smiles, laughter and a few tears as all their closest family and friends watched them get married. After the ceremony, we headed to a few different locations in Canmore for photos. Jamie has his own expression which makes everyone laugh and Corie smile. Jamie is super friendly and wanted a few photos with strangers who were just passing by. Even an adorable little pup too! These two and their bridal party kept me laughing and smiling the entire day!
We finished up with bridal party photos and everyone headed back to Silvertip Resort. Corie and Jamie stayed back and we went and just focused on the two of them. It was the one chance they probably had to just be alone with one another that day. (Except us taking photos and video) These two are so stunning and made taking photos of the two of them so easy. They couldn’t stop smiling and laughing and just enjoying their day.
The Reception
Their reception was filled with speeches, stories, laughter, dancing (of course) and a few tears. We snuck out onto Silvertip to take a few photos before the sun went down for the evening. This is always one of my favorite things to do during a wedding if we have a chance of course.
