Fairmont Hotel MacDonald Wedding | Candace + David

I arrived at the Hotel MacDonald and walked into the hotel room where Candace was getting ready. There was a lot of laughter that filled the room and of course a bit of nerves as well. David was with the groomsmen getting ready next door to where the girls were. I thought their cuff links were amazing. They were little lego pieces; that was something David had loved since he was a little. Everyone waited in the ballroom in anticipation for the ceremony to begin. It seriously took your breath away when you walked inside the room. They tied the knot in the always classic and timeless ballroom at the Fairmont Hotel MacDonald with their closest friends and family. There were a ton of smiles as they walked out hand in hand! There is nothing like that rush of emotion before a couple walks out and are greeted for the first time as husband and wife from those who adore them.

David’s two sisters had convinced him to join an online dating site. The first person he met on there was Candace. David and Candace went for coffee for their first date and what they thought would be an hour date, turned in to them chatting for hours and hours. It was very sweet when Karli and Jaimi stood up to do their speech and told this story from their side of how they met. Everyone mingled after the speeches and the couple greeted their guests and then watched on as they cut their yummy ice cream cake.

After the reception, we headed out to Louise McKinney Park to spend the afternoon taking photos. The sun was shinning so bright and it was super hot out that afternoon. Every detail of their wedding was beautiful! It truly was the most beautiful day for a very beautiful couple! I know that with the way these two love each other that they can conquer anything in life. Congrats you two and thank you for letting me be a part of your special day!!
