Daneel & Sal's St Joseph Basilica Wedding in Edmonton

Daneel & Sal’s St Joseph Basilica wedding took place exactly 2 years from the day they met on their blind date. As their official St Joseph Basilica wedding photographer my day actually started at the Coast Edmonton Hotel with the boys getting ready. There were lots of antics, as usual, which made for some great photo moments. All the beautiful boutonniere’s the boys wore at the wedding, were made by Sal himself, which I thought was very impressive. After I shot some photos of the boys getting ready, I left to go see the girls. They were getting ready down the street at the Hotel MacDonald. Daneel put on her dress and all of the finishing touches – she looked stunning. Her dad arrived to see her for the first time and his face was priceless! We then headed down to the Louise McKinney riverfront park with all their family and bridal party close behind. Daneel and Sal had an amazing first look. Everything went so well and it was so amazing to see Daneel and Sal’s reactions when they first saw each other. Their St Joseph Basilica wedding ceremony was followed by a reception at the Enterprise Square which I thought was such a unique place to have a party. I loved being part of their special day and meeting all of their family and friends. We had so much fun and everyone was so energetic and fun to be around!
