Starbucks has a special place in Alyssa + Mario’s hearts. They went on dates to Starbucks and headed to a Starbucks after getting engaged as well. It was only fitting that we started off their Starbucks Engagement Session in a Starbucks of course. It was pretty quiet while we were there. You could hear the swirling of milk, the smell of coffee and these two chatting together. I absolutely adore the way these two look at each other and make one another smile. It’s such a natural thing to them and it brings a smile to my face watching them.

After Starbucks we headed off to a park nearby. Alyssa brought her stunning bike along for the engagement session. Mario had given it to Alyssa on her birthday… It was actually their first time to celebrate her birthday together and i’m sure many many more to celebrate in the future. They had also picked up some gorgeous flowers for their engagement session. I absolutely love that they brought the bike and flowers to incorporate into their session. It really adds to the session when you bring a couple meaningful things with you.

As the sun was slowly going down for the night, we decided last minute to rush off to Laurier Park to get a couple photos by the river. We got swarmed by bugs walking to the entrance and when we walked back. It was definitely worth it to get those photos by the river. I seriously had a blast hanging out with the two of them that night. I am beyond excited to be capturing their journey to becoming Mr. & Mrs!

Love this bike! It must be so much fun riding as well.
