I was so excited to meet up with Shelby and Neil last weekend to do their Lions Park Engagement Photos. Shelby and Neil had met when they were younger and are now getting married this July! These two are so sweet together and I can’t wait to be a part of their day. Lions Park is the perfect spot for their engagement photos. It is just along the river and has a ton of trees. It is one of my favorite parks in St.Albert. I was able to capture that glowing light from the sun because of all the gorgeous trees in Lions Park too.

Shelby and Neil brought along their pup, Tucker as well. Tucker is pretty adorable and I could see why they wanted to include him in their engagement session. I always love when couples bring their dogs for photos. We are able to grab some with the pup and some without. A lot of couples wouldn’t be able to bring their dogs out for photos on their wedding day. So engagement sessions are always a great opportunity to include them.

We ended their engagement session with the sunset and it was definitely worth staying to capture. Shelby and Neil were heading out for dinner after their session to celebrate Neil’s birthday. A perfect ending after wrapping up their engagement session!

Tucker loves dunking his head into the snow. He did so right at the perfect moment to photobomb. I love that we got one of him doing this.
